No one has ever received a call from this number. It's not an outgoing number. It's premium rate service for recording calls to companies. Stop lying!
These "being billed when you answer" scams aren't coming from this number. Get your facts straight!

It's sky customer support, it is a premium number but you don't get notified about it at the beginning of the call. Then they force you to listen to terms and conditions while you are unaware of how much this costs. Been done over £25, makes me wanna cancel all dealings with sky bcos I think this was unfair.

Checking various websites - I have seen a common theme of Sky customer Service rip off. My bill for calling 09030280096 was £10.40 plus VAT. My only call to sky was see how I could save some money on my sky subscription.
I guess the answer is not to phone sky customer services.

What a rip off sky - you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Been charged over 20 pound for an 18 min call.
Couldn't think who it was until I remembered calling sky Custer services.
They kept me hanging on and didn't listen to my request. I now understand why!!!!!!

Called sky twice as my mini box not working kept my on hold then transferring me to different depart,ends, had to call back 4 days later with as,e problem I have now been charged £45 for the privilege of having a technical problem with my mini box. I will be calling sky and if I do not get a satisfactory outcome I will be contacting the onbudsman. I think this is outrageous.

THis is a third party line, not an actual sky phone line, they transfer you through to sky and charge you for it, Sky wouldnt credit back for this as its not their number... after ths i phoned the number on their websiteand have not been charged

Please be aware of the comment left by Jame Bonesque. You can complaint all you like - you can reach out to the onbudsman and ofcom or anybody else you like but the fact remains that you called a third party number so they could transfer you to sky. you have been beeled by the company that owns the number you dialled, not Sky. if you need to speak with sky dial 150 from a sky landline otherwise call 03442 414141 from another telephone inc mobiles - this is a friendly number which should fall within any inclusive call allowance provided you adhere to the terms of your provider e.g. time and duration of call.

alternatively if you have the sky service app for smartphones and tablets - utilise the callback feature they have. menu> Help and support> talk to us> you'll find the queue duration for technical and billing departments, being given an option to request a callback if the queue exceeds 5 minutes.

I was charged £24 for two calls lasting 22 min. I was trying to cancel channels that sky had added on to dads sky account that he didn't want. his bill had escalated from £58 to £112
They added ManU. liverpol and Chelsea TV without the sound. the sky community number failed to remove the channels.
Disgusting behaviour.

in reply to Daniel, SKY are at fault as they don't put phone numbers on their bills and order confirmation letters. Their web site is devoid of good contact numbers making it easy for these scammers. I would not be surprised if these scammers were not linked to the SKY empire.

My son phoned this number he found it on his mobile he rang it and they said put the phone down and we will ring you back which he did, I was charged £18.08 for 23 minutes, I rang sky and they looked into it and said that number is a Record your call from HMRC number, and nothing to do with SKY, but he was speaking to Sky Customer services, so the record call company has put my son through to Sky to record the conversation, and they have charged my son, I think Sky should warn people about this and get it sorted I cant afford to pay this bill and I am going to cancel all my subscriptions with SKY.

Maybe you should try actually looking.
